Job description
Contract Management: You oversee the full contract lifecycle by guiding stakeholders, optimizing workflows, and ensuring effective use of CLM and e-signature tools.
Legal Technology & Automation: You take ownership of legal tech tools and automations, identifying opportunities to leverage AI and streamline workflows.
Administrative Operations: You manage the team’s shared inbox, calendar, and physical mail and support budgeting and invoicing processes by handling invoices and ERP matters.
Legal Support: You collaborate closely with legal counsels on corporate, commercial, compliance, and dispute-related matters.
Knowledge Management: You drive the development and maintenance of internal knowhow resources and databases, keeping them current, relevant, and user-friendly.
Documentation & Research: You draft and revise standard agreements, presentations, and legal notices, and compile research reports on various legal topics.
Project Coordination: You assist with major legal and cross-functional initiatives by tracking deliverables, coordinating actions, and ensuring timely execution.
Job requirements
Education & Experience: You bring an apprenticeship in the commercial sector (KV or similar) or a university degree, along with 3–5 years of experience as a paralegal or legal team assistant in an in-house legal department or law firm.
Legal Knowledge: You have a solid grasp of legal terminology and corporate legal practices, enabling you to navigate complex topics with confidence.
Organization & Prioritization: You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and know how to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in MS 365 applications and have a strong interest in legal tech and digital tools.
Work Ethic: You work autonomously and reliably, taking ownership of tasks and following through with precision.
Analytical Skills: You possess strong analytical abilities and a sharp eye for detail, ensuring accuracy across all tasks.
Communication & Collaboration: You communicate clearly and work well in diverse, international teams. Fluency in English is essential.

Salary: At Climeworks, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on the level of seniority and the location specific market median of similar jobs according to external benchmark surveys. Individual compensation depends on your skills, experience, and the value you bring to the team.
Formalities:
This position is based in Zurich, and we ask that you work onsite at least three days per week.
