Job description
Customer Case Studies & Market Reports: You develop case studies and customer-ready market reports that strengthen our positioning as #1 carbon removal provider globally, by using pricing, offtake, and CDR benchmarks.
Thought Leadership & White Papers: You create white papers and fact-based narratives using internal analyses and secondary research to reinforce Climeworks’ leadership in carbon removal and climate.
Content & Channel Management: You drive weekly content creation for key channels such as LinkedIn, email, and webinars, and coordinate with designers and subject-matter experts.
Go-to-Market Planning: You develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches or portfolio updates, including messaging, positioning, and target audiences.
Sales Pitch & Insights: You build pitch decks, toolkits and sales materials, and provide customer insights and market analyses for commercial and product discussions.
Strategic Projects: You prepare analyses and materials for leadership and board presentations, support strategic initiatives, and align external messaging with commercial strategy.
Job requirements
Education: You have completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sustainability, Climate or in a related field; Master’s degree or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: You have 4–7 years of content marketing, product marketing, go-to-market planning, consulting, or strategic communications.
Project & Stakeholder Management: You manage projects efficiently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Strategic & Hands-On: You shift easily between defining frameworks and executing deliverables, with strong visual storytelling skills.
Analytical & Data-Oriented: You interpret data, work with performance metrics, and support product or business model analyses.
Collaborative & Adaptable: You connect dots across functions, bring new insights, and thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Language & Communication: You have excellent English skills (native or C2) and can craft clear, engaging narratives; global experience in carbon removal or climate is a plus.

Salary: At Climeworks, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on the level of seniority and the location specific market median of similar jobs according to external benchmark surveys. Individual compensation depends on your skills, experience, and the value you bring to the team.
Formalities:
This position is based in Opfikon, Zurich, and we ask that you work onsite at least three days per week.
The percentage in the job title means flexibility – choose full-time or part-time based on what works for you.
