Legal Counsel (100%)

• Legal Advisory: You join a thought-leading in-house legal team that provides high-quality, pragmatic legal advice to all parts of the organization. You devise and implement measures to accelerate delivery of those services.

• Corporate Legal Support: You negotiate and draft agreements across the Climeworks Group and serve as a primary point of contact and resident expert on corporate law matters affecting the company.

• Commercial Partnership: You enthusiastically embrace work on a variety of legal and commercial matters to promote attainment of the company’s objectives.

• Legal Operations: You coordinate external legal support and design and implement scalable and cost-effective approaches to legal work.

• Stakeholder Alignment: You will help ensure alignment of the purpose and work of and between your client groups.

• Legal expertise: You are a qualified lawyer with a solid background in corporate law and finance, commercial contracts, and business transactions. Demonstrated experience in practice areas such as employment law, technology transactions, public policy, or project finance will be considered a plus.

Salary: At Climeworks, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on the level of seniority and the location specific market median of similar jobs according to external benchmark surveys. Individual compensation depends on your skills, experience, and the value you bring to the team.

• This position is based in Opfikon, Zurich, and we ask that you work onsite at least three days per week.
