Job description

  • Internship Recruiting Ownership: You take end-to-end responsibility for internship recruitments, gaining first handson experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating offers while building a strong earlytalent pipeline.

  • Interview Coordination: You schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. 

  • Candidate Communication: You provide timely updates and maintain a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.

  • Data Management: You keep accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system to support compliance and reporting.

  • Job Advertising: You create and post job advertisements that align with role requirements and employer branding.

  • Onboarding Assistance: You help with onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Job requirements

  • Education: You are currently enrolled in or have recently completed a bachelor’s degree or apprenticeship.

  • Communication Skills: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Professionalism: You handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Languages: You are fluent in English and have good German skills.

  • Availability: You are ideally able to start in February and commit to a 6‑month internship to gain comprehensive experience in recruitment.

What we offer:

At Climeworks, our six-month internships offer a hybrid work setup, giving you flexibility while ensuring valuable collaboration by working onsite at least three days per week. To maintain fairness, we follow a standardized salary process based on market benchmarks. For our internships based in Switzerland, the compensation is:

  • During BSc & MSc: CHF 2,000 per month

  • After completion of MSc: CHF 2,500 per month
