Job description
Your role: In this internship, you will support the Program Manager in our Technology Unit in driving cross-functional programs that span from early-stage R&D (TRL 1–4) to scale-up (TRL 4–7) projects. Budget & resource management: You will help Project Leads monitor and forecast budgets and properly allocate and prioritize resources throughout the project lifecycle; you will also help identify resource conflicts and propose solutions.
Inventory management: You will assist in consolidating material demands from different projects for R&D purposes and in managing existing stock; and you will propose solutions for streamlining the current process.
Reporting: You will coordinate with respective Project Leads in monitoring and reporting project progress, decision gates, challenges, status of external partnerships and financials.
Documentation: You will organize and streamline documentation systems in the different programs for better accessibility.
Continual improvement: You will help facilitate light retrospective and lessons learned workshops and their documentation.
