Intern in Data Analysis within Process Development (100%)

• Data Analysis & Visualization: You develop analytical tools and data visualizations to assess the performance of testing facilities and operational plants. 

• Field Testing & Modelling Support: You participate in field tests and aggregate collected data contributing to the improvement of our modelling capabilities. 

• KPI Definition & Documentation: You support the definition, implementation, and documentation of KPIs for testing and operational facilities. 

• Monitoring & Anomaly Detection: You assist in setting up monitoring, anomaly detection, and alerting systems to ensure reliable plant operation. 

• Educational Background: You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields. 

• Technical background: You have strong data‑analysis skills with an engineering focus, or data/computer science experience plus basic engineering exposure. 

• Skills & Toolset: You bring experience in Python and SQL, familiarity with MATLAB is an advantage. 

• Working Style & Communication: You work reliably and independently, stay structured under pressure, and thrive in dynamic team environments. You are fluent in English; German skills are a plus.

What we offer:

At Climeworks, our six-month internships offer a hybrid work setup, giving you flexibility while ensuring valuable collaboration by working onsite at least three days per week. To maintain fairness, we follow a standardized salary process based on market benchmarks. For our internships based in Switzerland, the compensation is:

• During BSc & MSc: CHF 2,000 per month

• After completion of MSc: CHF 2,500 per month
