Job description

  • Your mission at Climeworks is to grow the US sales volume with Financial Sector & PS customers, position Climeworks as the nr 1 CDR company & positively position our brand in the US within the Finance & PS industries.
  • You inspire your US-based sales team to build up partnerships with financial and PS sector and close strategically relevant deals for Climeworks.
  • You represent Climeworks at TOP US sectorial events for financial and PS and seek valuable partnerships within the sector.
  • You help close existing opportunities and find ways to accelerate growth.
  • You grow the existing US sales funnel, and reach additional targets to find opportunities for the next 12- 18 months.
  • You build relationships with US C-level executives at our top prospecting companies.
  • You set and follow up on clear and strong OKRs for your team, in line with company strategy.

Job requirements

  • You have extensive work experience and a network in enterprise selling, with a proven track record of success in the finance and insurance sectors.
  • You are skilled in engaging and collaborating with C-level executives, driving strategic partnerships and high-impact deals.
  • You have demonstrated expertise and technical competencies in enterprise sales, with strong communication and negotiating skills.
  • You possess strong abilities in team management, effectively leading and motivating teams to achieve strategic goals and drive business success.
  • You are inspiring, demonstrating key leadership behaviors and social competencies that foster inclusivity.
  • You embody self-drive and motivation to combat climate change, with strong people management skills to empower your team and achieve impactful outcomes.
  • You are proficient in US English.
  • You are willing to travel up to 20%.

The salary range has been set by factors such as function, career level, and location and therefore may vary. The US base salary for this full-time position is typically $200,000-$230,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We use the recruitment process to determine your career level, job-related skills, and depth of experience to make an informed and fair salary offer.
